Terms of Service
What we do
Saturday Sorted helps with ordinary life-admin tasks such as research, comparison, sourcing options, organisation, planning, preparing actions and finding providers. The founding offer covers up to five submitted tasks for a one-time payment of $99 AUD. It is not a subscription.
Your approval
We will ask for your approval before making a purchase, booking, cancellation, contractual commitment or other consequential external action on your behalf. Third-party costs are not included in the $99 service fee.
What we don’t do
We do not provide medical, legal or financial advice, emergency services, illegal or high-risk activities, childcare or personal-safety decisions, or services requiring regulated professional qualifications unless separately and appropriately provided. We may decline requests outside these boundaries.
If we can’t help
If we review your request and determine that we can’t reasonably complete the service you’ve purchased, we’ll let you know and refund your payment. We cannot guarantee a particular third-party outcome, price, availability or provider quality.
The Saturday Sorted Promise
If you don’t feel your first Saturday Sorted order has saved you at least $99 worth of time and hassle, tell us within 7 days of us delivering your results and we’ll refund your $99 service fee in full. This applies once per customer, to your first paid order. It does not cover third-party costs you approved and paid separately.

Only give us information needed to understand your tasks. Do not include passwords, card details or other sensitive login information. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your details.
