When you submit a request, we collect your first name, email address, optional mobile number, preferred contact method, task descriptions and any extra details you choose to share. We only need information relevant to helping with your tasks.
How we use it
We use your details to assess and work on your requests, communicate with you, seek your approval and administer your order. We may use service providers needed to operate the service, including secure payment processing. We do not store your raw card details.
Keeping it private
Your task descriptions are not published. Access is limited to people who need them to provide the service. Please do not send passwords, card numbers, banking credentials or sensitive login details in your task descriptions.
Your choices
You can contact Saturday Sorted to ask about the personal information held about you or request a correction or deletion, subject to applicable record-keeping obligations.
